As the Head of Digital Marketing and PR in a BusinessProcess Outsourcing (BPO) company, you will be responsible for leading andmanaging the digital marketing and public relations strategies to enhance the company'sbrand visibility, attract clients, and foster positive relationships with keystakeholders. Your role will involve developing and executing comprehensivedigital marketing campaigns, managing online platforms, and overseeing publicrelations activities.

Responsibilities

1. Strategy Development:

  • Develop and execute acomprehensive digital marketing and PR strategy aligned with the company'sbusiness objectives and target markets.
  • Identify opportunities forleveraging digital platforms, social media, and other online channels toeffectively promote the company's services.
  • Define key performance indicators(KPIs) and metrics to measure the success of marketing and PR initiatives.

2. Digital Marketing Campaigns:

  • Plan, create, and implement digitalmarketing campaigns to drive lead generation, client acquisition, and brandawareness.
  • Utilize various digital marketingchannels, including search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC)advertising, email marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing.
  • Monitor campaign performance,analyze data, and optimize strategies to achieve marketing goals and maximizereturn on investment (ROI).

3. Online Platform Management:

  • Oversee the company's website,ensuring it is up-to-date, user-friendly, and optimized for search engines.
  • Manage the company's presence onsocial media platforms, maintaining a consistent brand image and engaging withthe target audience.
  • Monitor online reviews, comments,and feedback, and respond promptly to maintain a positive online reputation.

4. Content Creation and Management:

  • Develop compelling and relevantcontent for various digital channels, including website blogs, social mediaposts, email newsletters, and whitepapers.
  • Collaborate with internal teamsto gather information, industry insights, and success stories for contentcreation.
  • Ensure content aligns with brandguidelines, communicates key messages, and resonates with the target audience.

5. Public Relations:

  • Develop and implement publicrelations strategies to enhance the company's reputation and maintain positiverelationships with clients, partners, and the media.
  • Cultivate relationships withindustry influencers, journalists, and media outlets to secure media coverageand opportunities for the company.
  • Prepare press releases, speeches,and other PR materials, and coordinate media interviews and events.

6. Team Management andCollaboration:

  • Lead and mentor a team of digitalmarketing and PR professionals, providing guidance, feedback, and performanceevaluations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functionalteams, including sales, operations, and client management, to align marketingstrategies with business goals and client requirements.
  • Coordinate with external agenciesand vendors for specialized services, as required.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree inMarketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 10 years of experience in digitalmarketing, PR, or related roles, preferably in the BPO industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of digitalmarketing strategies, tools, and techniques, including SEO, PPC, emailmarketing, social media marketing, and content marketing.
  • Familiarity with web analyticstools and digital marketing platforms.
  • Strong understanding of PRprinciples, media relations, and crisis management.
  • Excellent written and verbalcommunication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content and deliverpersuasive presentations.
  • Proven experience in managingdigital marketing campaigns and achieving measurable results.
  • Strong leadership skills with theability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Analytical mindset with theability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
  • Up-to-date with industry trends,emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing and PR.
  • Working experience in BPO/Callcentre would be an added advantage.
