Head of Digital Technology

As the Head of DigitalTechnology with expertise in AI and Machine Learning, you will play a criticalrole in leading and managing the development and implementation of advanceddigital technologies within the organization. Your responsibilities willencompass strategic planning, team management, and technical oversight to drivedigital transformation and leverage AI and Machine Learning capabilities forbusiness growth.

1. Strategy and Leadership:

• Develop a comprehensive digitaltechnology strategy aligning with the organization's goals and objectives.
• Identify opportunities toleverage AI and Machine Learning technologies for enhancing business processes,products, and services.
• Collaborate with seniormanagement to define the vision and roadmap for digital transformationinitiatives.

2. Team Management:

• Build and lead a high-performingteam of digital technology professionals, including data scientists, machinelearning engineers, and AI specialists.
• Provide guidance, mentorship, andsupport to the team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
• Manage resource allocation,workload prioritization, and performance evaluation of the team members.

3. Technical Expertise:

• Stay updated with the latesttrends and advancements in AI and Machine Learning technologies, and evaluatetheir potential applications within the organization.
• Drive research and developmentactivities to explore new algorithms, models, and techniques for improving dataanalysis, predictive capabilities, and automation.
• Oversee the design andimplementation of AI and Machine Learning solutions, ensuring scalability,reliability, and security.

4. Collaboration and StakeholderManagement:

• Collaborate with cross-functionalteams, including business units, product managers, and IT departments, toidentify requirements and deliver integrated digital solutions.
• Engage with external partners,vendors, and research institutions to explore collaborative opportunities andstay abreast of industry best practices.
• Communicate effectively withstakeholders at all levels, presenting technical concepts in a clear andconcise manner.

5. Risk Management and Compliance:

• Ensure compliance with relevantdata privacy and security regulations in all AI and Machine Learninginitiatives.
• Identify and mitigate potentialrisks and vulnerabilities associated with digital technology implementations.
• Establish and enforce datagovernance and ethical guidelines for AI and Machine Learning projects.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree inComputer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience (10 years) in aleadership role overseeing digital technology initiatives, with a focus on AIand Machine Learning.
• Strong understanding of AI andMachine Learning concepts, algorithms, and frameworks.
• Experience with data analysis,statistical modeling, and predictive analytics.
• Proficiency in programminglanguages such as Python, R, or Java.
• Familiarity with cloud platformsand services, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Excellent leadership,communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to translate businessrequirements into technical solutions.
• Strong analytical andproblem-solving abilities.
• Working experience in BPO/Call centerwill be an added advantage.
